This notice covers personal data collected through this website by LEVO Marketing Agency.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, business name, email address, phone number, the package and add-ons you selected, and optionally your industry, website or social link, estimated budget and your message.
We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not set marketing cookies. Our server records the IP address of enquiry submissions for a short period purely to rate-limit automated abuse of the form.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to work with us, to prepare a proposal. We do not sell your data, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking us to.
Who sees it
The LEVO team handling your enquiry. Your submission is delivered by an email service provider acting on our instructions; the specific provider is identified in this notice once it is configured.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting engagement. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless we are required to keep it for accounting or legal reasons.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, limit how we process it, or withdraw consent. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
